Private beta design partners
Use the product. Find the friction. Shape what ships next.
Epic IT Control is selecting three to five organizations for a controlled four-week beta. This is practical workflow testing, not a presentation or a request for generic product opinions.
No purchase is required. Synthetic or approved non-sensitive data is welcome.Who should apply
A real operating problem matters more than company prestige.
The best design partner already feels the cost of fragmented asset records, unowned software, unclear approvals, or renewals that arrive without enough context.
Four-week program
Short missions built around normal work.
Expect about one hour for the first setup, then focused weekly tasks and a short feedback check. The product owner reviews reports directly and closes blockers quickly.
- Week 1
Create departments, roles, first assets, software records, and budget ownership.
- Week 2
Run custody, maintenance, inventory, software ownership, and cleanup work.
- Week 3
Submit approvals, review renewals, and verify role boundaries and evidence.
- Week 4
Repeat the normal workflow without guidance and make a continuation decision.
